Where Am I Sleeping Tonight?- A Story of Divorce  Illustrated by Sue Rama, Boulden Publishing, 2008, went out of print in 2020, but is now back, thanks to Mazo Publishers, with a slightly new title:  Where Am I Sleeping Tonight?: Kids Coming To Terms With Divorce, 2021. 

Ever wake up and not know where you are?  Not sure if your homework is due today or tomorrow?  Can't remember if you have hockey practice tonight? Forgot your homework at your mom's and now you're at your dad's and can't get it done? Welcome to the world of Mark and Evan...ever since their parents' divorce their lives and schedules have been scrambled leaving them feeling confused, frustrated, and even a little angry with their parents for getting a divorce.  But with time, effort, and the assistance of Mark's parents and teacher, Mark gets a little more organized, and most importantly, starts to come to terms with his parents' divorce.  

Where Am I Sleeping Tonight? was the first of my manuscripts to be bought by a publisher.  There was a request for stories about divorce, bullies, family issues etc. by Boulden Publishing in the SCBWI Bulletin.  I sent the manuscript by e-mail.  I heard the great news only six weeks later.  "Is this still available?" publisher Ken Harrison asked.  We spoke on the phone and I got an offer in the mail a short time later.
